Work Safe Alberta - Best Safety Performer
PTI has been recognized as one of Alberta 's safest employers. PTI Premium Camp Services was recently awarded the designation of Best Safety Performer by Work Safe Alberta for our exceptional health and safety performance in 2004.
The Annual Best Safety Performer Awards recognize Alberta employers with exceptional performance in workplace health and safety over the past year. In 2004, PTI was one of only 340 Alberta Employers who achieved this award and the only one in our industry segment.
Diavik Diamond Mine President's Award
Diavik Diamond Mine President's Award for Safety and Environmental Excellence - 2005 The first annual Diavik Diamond Mine President's Award for Safety and Environmental Excellence was awarded to Ek'Ati Services Ltd., a joint venture between Edmonton based PTI Group Inc. and Deton'Cho Investments North. This distinction is awarded to a team of Diavik employees or contractors that have demonstrated measurable safety and environmental excellence during the year.
The Diavik Diamond Mine's Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Group in conjunction with the Occupational Health and Safety Committee are responsible for selecting the recipient that has shown outstanding contributions to health, safety and environment during the preceding year.
Modular Building Institute Awards - 2004
Our manufacturing projects have been recognized with Awards of Distinction by the industry's pre-eminent trade association, the Modular Building Institute (MBI), an international organization representing manufacturers, dealers and suppliers of factory-built structures.
Projects submitted for consideration are evaluated on architectural excellence, technical innovation, cost effectiveness, energy efficiency and calendar days to completion. Being honoured with an award not only reflects expertise in design and construction, but also superior planning and building skills.
